The most compared APM solutions for the first half of the year was CA APM v. New Relic with 774 comparisons by real users, while the most compared for the second half of the year was Appdynamics v. Dynatrace with 730. The most compared APM solutions of all of 2014 were Dynatrace v. New Relic, with over 1,127 comparisons on IT Central Station.

It was given 4 stars by ecom339, an ecommerce expert for a software research and development company who says: “It is about best service levels for traditional and cloud applications through business-driven application management”.

Precise Software was given 5 stars by Cliff Z, an operations senior manager for a retailer. He says: “Simple to use but incredibly powerful”. It was only given 4 stars though by Avi Adler, a DBA manager for a travel company, even if he says: “I like it”.
